PSD Description: The PSD includes a FREE Easter Brush Kit.

Most items are on their own layer, so you can easily change the color, move it around and turn layers off. The font is included. I've also included it as a rasterized layer.

The PSD also includes the full background so you can crop it to a 4x6, place the photo where you want and chose the frame size that works best for you. The dotted background is an overlay so you can change the color of the dots separately from the background color.
